This may include small mosquitoes, flying insects, ants, birds, or other local wildlife from time to time. These occurrences are normal for waterfront properties and do not reflect a lack of cleanliness or maintenance.

If you or any member of your group is uncomfortable with natural outdoor elements or prefers a fully urban environment, we kindly recommend selecting a different property better suited to those preferences.

By booking this home, guests acknowledge and accept the natural lakefront setting and agree that the presence of occasional wildlife is not grounds for refunds or negative reviews.

The entire house plus single garage that is currently converted into a kids play room with tours and indoor playground.
Does not have access to in-law condo above garage. In-law condo is rented separately. There is no common areas with the in-law condo. They have a total different entrance and property.
In-law condo does not have access to backyard and dock and lake area. Property Is fully fenced with locks.
